International Tax Review (ITR) recently ranked the world’s best tax transactional firms for 2019. Andersen Tax & Legal in Portugal, a member firm of Andersen Global, was ranked in the Tier 2 category for the Portugal region. This ITR ranking highlights the best firms to help other companies work through the post-BEPS (Base erosion and profit shifting) environment that poses difficulties with mergers and acquisitions and restructuring.
