Our practice in this area covers all aspects of legal employment relationships namely, negotiation, drafting and termination of employment contracts, optimisation of corporate human resources as well as respective remuneration schemes, providing permanent legal advice to various Human Resources Departments and legal representation in judicial proceedings. In collective employment matters, we have been developing a strong activity in the drafting, negotiation, making and execution of collective agreements. Employment Litigation is one of the most relevant activities within the Employment Department.
